Please note that names dates and locations may very because I can't remember what I called what.
Today Rebecca (the lady that hired me to do her wedding) and her fiancé (platano) had their interview to prove that theyre actually in love and that their relationship isn't a sham to get platano into the country that looks like a cow. I had never known their story but I heard a bit of it in the car. Apparently rebecca broke up with him when she came back to the cow country(who could blame her) and for 2 years he thought she was going to come back. The third year he gave up hope and tried dating again but it didn't work out and he just waited and prayed for 2 more years. And after 5 years of waiting and hoping that rebecca would come back, she did. and a year later here we are. Props to platano for being such a patient man.,
I've been thinking about renaming this blog today. Although I really like the word aesthetics, it just sounds too pretentious. I was thinking about renaming this blog to Chadventure photos, because it sounds informal and it takes the stress off of me to produce something thats actually aesthetically pleasing...
Today started off like any other day. Woke up, brushed my teeth, and watched the banana tractor go by.
Also we saw this married couple driving in the middle of the road. Im strongly considering adding this to my portfolio.
There are some really cool old buildings here. If you've ever been to the mission inn it looks like that, except it's an entire city.
I wish I had a wider lens. Oh well. You work with what you've got. Some street performers. I should have learned this from when I went to peru but anytime you point a camera at a performer theyll always ask you for money. I took this picture and ran away.
Today was pretty short. We went shopping today at what looked like a regular swap meet. I was amazed at how many English speaking venders there were. They kept asking me if I was Chinese or Canadian. I used that to my advantage by pretending to be offended and walking off so they wouldn't harass me to buy stuff. Thank God I look Canadian.
This is the last picture in my camera.
